JCare™ Select includes our most popular support options in one easy monthly payment. This entry level service is designed for organizations that need technology services on a limited or scheduled basis. JCare™ Select provides your business or organization with proper maintenance of your desktops, servers, laptops, and networking equipment to ensure your I.T. equipment runs smoothly with minimal downtime.
Support and maintenance services are available Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM excluding holidays and response times are typically within 24 hours. There are no travel charges and telephone and help desk support services are included at no extra charge.
In addition, 4 hours of on-site support are included per month at no additional charge. These support hours can be used to handle issues such as removing viruses or spyware, installing new hardware or software and for server or network upgrades.
