JCare™ Open
This service is ideal for organizations that need additional resources for their existing support staff or organizations that just want to have a large block of hours on reserve. The flexible design of JCare™ Open allows the hours to be used for any technology related services that we offer.
Available in Blocks of 40, 80, 100 or 120 hours, JCare™ Open is the perfect solution for any sized business or Not for Profit organization. Since the hours never expire, you won’t have to worry about increased costs due to inactivity. Each block’s per hour rate is decreased with each elevated level and Not for Profit organizations enjoy further discounts on every block.
There are no restrictions on what technology related service the hours can be used for and flexible payment terms are available for blocks larger than 40 hours.
