JCare™ Executive
JCare™ Executive includes our extended support options in one easy monthly payment. This mid level service is designed for organizations that need technology services on a regular or more frequent basis. JCare™ Executive provides your business or organization with proper maintenance of your desktops, servers, laptops, and networking equipment to ensure your I.T. equipment runs smoothly with minimal downtime.
Support and maintenance services are available Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM excluding holidays and response times are typically within 4 to 8 hours. There are no travel charges and telephone and Help Desk support services are included at no extra charge.
In addition, unlimited hours of on-site support are included per month at no additional charge. These support hours can be used to handle issues such as removing viruses or spyware, installing new hardware or software and for server or network upgrades.
With this service level, we become your in-house, full service, I.T. Department. A dedicated account technician is assigned to your account so they get a full understanding of your operation and all the nuances that make your business run. This enables us to quickly identify problems before they get out of control. The key to our success here is that the person assigned to your account has the full resources of our company to fall back on if they need additional assistance.
As with any I.T. department, there is a certain level of expertise and services that you count on. We provide a weekly visit from a fully trained technician to handle your account. Additional services provided include I.T. Planning, Data Protection, Inventory Management and SPAM filtering. All these services are included at no extra charge.
