JCare™ Elite includes all of our support options in one low monthly payment. This high level service is designed for organizations that need technology services on a mission critical or zero downtime basis. JCare™ Elite provides your business or organization with proper maintenance of all your technology equipment, including desktops, servers, laptops and networking equipment to ensure all of your I.T. equipment runs smoothly with minimal downtime.
Support and maintenance services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Response times are within 4 hours and there are no travel charges or overtime charges. Telephone and Help Desk support services are also included at no extra charge.
It doesn’t matter when you need us or what you need us for, we are there for you. Day or night, rain or shine, we’ll be there.
With this service level, we become your in-house, full service, I.T. Department. A dedicated account technician is assigned to your account so they get a full understanding of your operation and all the nuances that make your business run. This enables us to quickly identify problems before they get out of control.
