By keeping up with this maintenance, we’ll keep your computers running smooth and free of problems.
Maintenance gets us a long way to keeping you running smoothly, but sometimes parts fail or software becomes corrupt. This is where you need support. All levels of JCare™ include support hours for those unexpected hardware or software failures. With our fast response times, we’ll have you back up and running in no time. We take care of everything from ordering new parts to installing them, all you need to do is call us, and we’ll take it from there.
Not Enough? OK, We’ll include maintaining your Servers. Your server is the heart of your network, by maintaining and supporting your servers we are able to minimize downtime. If something does go awry and your server is down, it becomes our number 1 priority. Nothing we do is more important than getting your server back up and running as quickly as possible. We’ll also include maintaining all your network equipment. Routers, switches, wireless access points and all the other blinking boxes in the closet. We’ll keep them all running smoothly.
But wait, There’s more. In addition, we’ll take care of the user community as well. From moving them into that new corner office to helping them conquer that stubborn table formatting in Word, our Help Desk and Desktop Support services are there to support you and your employees.
